2% discount off invoice for pre-paid orders of $3,000
Additional discount of 3% is available within each product category
Back Order Shipment will be shipped at the same terms as original order.
Back Order of less than US$100 will be cancelled.
Co-Op Advertising Policy
PlanToys offers 3% co-op advertising allowance to use toward 50% of approved advertising expenditures. All ads must include PlanToys logo, and ads 1/2 page or larger must include PlanToys brand statement. All ads must be pre-approved. Please email ads to coop@plantoysinc.com for approval. MAP Pricing Policy
PlanToys is implementing a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy to protect the PlanToys brand name. This means that PlanToys will not support retailers that repeatedly advertise PlanToys at more than 10% off the suggested retail prices noted on the price list. PlanToys recognizes the values of free enterprise and this policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which our products are actually sold or offered for sale to consumers within the retailer's location or over the telephone. Sample value must not exceed 3% of the sales order total

Terms and Conditions
Orders
All orders are subjected to the acceptance/credit approval by PlanToys, Inc.
All purchase orders must be signed by an authorized buyer.
Cancellation of orders may result in loss of promotional discounts, terms, and freight allowance, if the balance order falls below the minimum qualifying amount.
Returns for overstocks are not allowed. Refused shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee as well as all applicable freight charges.
All orders will be shipped FOB Fontana, CA
Payment
Our General Credit Policy applies to all orders
Credit Cards will be accepted for prepayment orders only
Terms of Net 30 days will be used, unless otherwise noted, for credit approved accounts
Interest at the maximum allowable by law, will be charged for past-due amount
No deductions are allowed on past-due account
Invoices must be paid within the due date to retain freight allowance, discounts and promotions
Freight − Continental U.S. Only
Free freight is offered to continental U.S. only
Free freight is offered to one location
In lieu of freight discounts, accounts in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be given a 7% freight allowance when they qualify for "Reduced Freight" promotions.

Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. Products may be added or discontinued in 2009.
Customer Service
Returns for defectives or error must be authorized in advance
No authorization for return will be given for past-due account
Non-defective, unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Please kindly contact PlanToys, Inc. Customer Service within 10 days of delivery to report shortages or damages.
